Brad's paintings draw this praise because they exhibit excellent draftsmanship, obvious mastery of the medium- whether oils, pastel, watercolor or acrylic- they show his ability to highly charge his subject matter through the dramatic use of light, a heightened color sense and keen compositional knowledge.
